Information and communications technology (ICT) in education means the use of modern technological advances as a catalyst for the development of education through information technology through virtual space or media such as the dissemination of information either in the form of audio, video and application usage data consistent as the education technology facilities to improve effectiveness and efficiency teaching and learning. Technically, the uses of technology in education bring more effectives in teaching but it also has more issues that prevent the process of learning. The main issues that we try to elaborate are cost, efficiency and teachers.

By efficiency issue, the uses of ICT in learning bring benefits to students, but for students who do not have access technology at home, they are not able to apply the learning after the finished lessons in schools. If black out happened during the teaching lesson, learning material by using technology not able to be function immediately. So, at the same time it will waste the time and student will lost their attention. The uses of technology in learning will have an effect on learning because possibility the virus will attack and destroy data and information is high. Indirectly, the learning process will be interrupted. Teachers are not able to produce new educational material at the same time.
